Hi,I have a very sick Daughter who has been in & out of hospital since she was born, she is 6 now,but the Doctors say she is on a scale of a 2-3 year old,she loves the watching the Greyhounds and always ask me to tape them, which i do. I wanted to get her a greyhound, but i`m on carers pension for her & all the medical bills over the years,I find this to hard money wise,I could pay the Training fees each month, but to buy her, as she says Racing Doggie I just can not afford. Is there anyone that could help that could please best advice me.
Thanking you..

I think one of your options is to buy a share in a syndicate dog and often you only have the one off payment at the start if you can get into a racing syndicate. You follow the dog like your own , which it is and can have your photo taken with it at the track if you happen to win a race and they are good mementos. it depends where you live with regard to give aways as they often occur , but they are mostly country dogs . there is one called Vipers Tears at the moment and he would race at certain tracks I would think and pick up prize money
